What is an Interactive Whiteboard?

An Interactive whiteboard is an education, training or meeting room tool that allows the user to interact with their audience and bring in real time examples into their presentation. Injecting confidence and increased efficiency into the classroom, training or meeting room.

How do interactive whiteboards Work?

An interactive whiteboard requires a computer and a projector to operate. The board uses the computer to directly manipulate, add, print and email your activity. The projector is used to display the image onto the board itself.

Using your finger or electronic pen, you directly control the computers applications. This is not restricted to the software supplied with the board but can be used for any application installed on your computer!

The board acts like a giant touch screen (similar to that of recent mobile phone technology) allowing you in real time to communicate with your laptop or computer.
